- Virtual Billers: Standard with every EVOLVE instance, this automates the movement of captured charges through HybridChart and into your EHR, minimizing touchpoints before charges are sent to your billing software.

Today, we’re highlighting two particularly impactful enhancements: ADT Feeds and Auto Link.
ADT Feeds: Real-Time Patient Information at Your Fingertips
ADT Feeds are one of the most powerful enhancements for your workflow. They provide real-time patient demographics and insurance information directly to your HybridChart census, eliminating the need to refer back to your EMR. Your daily rounding lists are always current, and patient movements within the facility are automatically tracked.
With an active ADT feed, you can:
- Search for and add patients using the external data method.
- Automate patient addition and tracking with the Active Census Placement enhancement.
- View patient demographics and insurance directly from the data tab.
The result? Your support staff can save up to an hour each day by no longer needing to manually enter and update patient lists, ensuring you never miss a patient who needs your care.
Auto Link: Seamless EHR Integration for Billing Efficiency
Auto Link complements your ADT feed by automatically linking patient charts in your EHR. This enhancement offers three versions, each adding a deeper layer of connectivity and data transfer to your billing software:
- Auto Link: Automatically searches your EHR for an existing patient chart and links them in HybridChart.
- Auto Link Plus: Performs the same search, and if no chart is found, it creates a new one using data from the patient admission. Any demographics or face sheets will also pass through during chart creation.
- Auto Link Max: Includes all Auto Link functionalities and sends pre-populated insurance fields with data supplied by ADT feeds from the facility. This is the most robust and fully automated version, requiring a live ADT feed.
The benefits? Auto Link drastically reduces the time your RCM team spends on patient registration and charge processing, potentially cutting your patient chart creation time in half. It addresses common patient chart issues, boosts overall workflow efficiency, and minimizes administrative errors.
How to Access and Request Enhancements
Ready to experience the benefits?
- Explore the Enhancements Dashboard: You can view a summary of your active enhancements and learn about new options from the Administration Dashboard under the new Enhancements tab. On the left side of the page, you’ll find detailed descriptions and short videos explaining the purpose and value of each enhancement.
- Make an Enhancement Request:
- Simply click on “Create New Enhancement” from the “My Enhancements” tab.
- Select from the list of available enhancements.
- Choose your customization options.
- Click “Ready” and don’t forget to sign your purchase order to finalize the request. Your customer account manager will then reach out to coordinate activation.
- Request a New ADT Feed Connection: If you don’t see your facility on our list, you can easily request a new connection through the Help menu at the bottom of your EVOLVE dashboard. This will launch an automated form for your request.
