HybridSearch is the latest feature release as part of our EVOLVE product, designed to save you time, enhance your patient workflows and aid physicians in providing enhanced patient care.

HybridSearch leverages cutting-edge AI driven machine learning technology to save doctors a tremendous amount of time by recognizing the most commonly selected diagnoses when a simple keyword or code search is entered. To learn more, see below, or watch our video tutorial here.

What is HybridSearch?

HybridSearch is HybridChart’s newest search feature, available for quickly finding and pinpointing the most accurate diagnosis. This innovative feature utilizes AI smart technology to recognize the most commonly selected diagnoses when a simple keyword or code search is entered. Whether you’re searching for a specific ICD-10 code or a general medical term, HybridSearch ensures that you find the most relevant and commonly used diagnoses with ease.

How to Use HybridSearch

Getting started with HybridSearch is simple. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you make the most of this powerful tool:

  1. Launch the App: Begin by launching your HybridChart mobile app and selecting a patient from the patient list.
  2. Access the Diagnosis Manager: Once you’ve selected a specific patient, tap on the “diagnosis manager” folder icon.
  3. Use HybridSearch: At the very top, you’ll see the HybridSearch bar. Here, you can search for any word, phrase, acronym, or ICD-10 code to find a relevant diagnosis.

For example, if you search for “I-10,” you can see exactly what other physicians have chosen. If you want to perform a more complex search, such as for. a “stroke,” HybridSearch will display the most commonly selected diagnoses, including “cerebral infarction unspecified” and even “other cerebral infarction.” You can also make your own diagnosis more specific by scrolling down to “I-63 cerebral infarction.”

The Benefits of HybridSearch

HybridSearch offers numerous benefits that make it an indispensable tool for healthcare providers:

Time-Saving: By recognizing the most commonly selected diagnoses, HybridSearch significantly reduces the time spent searching for the right diagnosis.

Accuracy: The AI-driven smart filter ensures that you find the most accurate and relevant diagnoses based on your search criteria.

User-Friendly: The intuitive interface makes it easy for users to quickly find and select the appropriate diagnosis.

Comprehensive: HybridSearch provides a comprehensive list of diagnoses, including top picks and additional applicable diagnosis families.

Advanced Search Capabilities

HybridSearch is designed to handle both simple and complex searches with ease. Here’s how you can make the most of its advanced search capabilities:

Additional Diagnoses: Additional applicable diagnosis families are listed in groups below the top picks.

Load More: If the diagnosis you’re looking for is not present in any of these options, select the purple “load more” button below.

Select Diagnosis: Once you find the diagnosis that you’re looking for, you can tap “plus” if you are looking in the top section or anywhere in the blue next to the diagnosis in the lower sections. This will launch the DX filter, allowing you to scale down the diagnosis to the one you choose.

Repeat: You can repeat the process if you need to search for other diagnoses.

Now out of its Beta testing phase and available to all HybridChart EVOLVE users, HybridSearch is already aiding providers by enhancing current workflows by way of our AI technology.
