What in the world has happened to the basic, professional etiquette of returning a phone call or email?  Are you with me?!

The average number of emails sent and received in one day is approximately 140.  We are overwhelmed and cannot keep up. The question is: how do you build or maintain relationships if you cannot be responsive?

However, no reply or no return phone call does not necessarily mean “NO”.  I understand and have compassion for those who are too overloaded to respond to every email or phone message.  I get it. If you are truly not interested or wish to delay the request that is persistently plaguing your inbox, kindly responding (or delegating to someone else) solves both your of problems—you no longer receive unwanted disruption, and the other person can move on to other opportunities.

Let’s bring etiquette back to emails and phone messages.  At HybridChart, we are EVOLVING.  And we promise to respond to you in a timely and professional manner—every customer, every time.
